  • Seal the opening with the carbonator cap
  • Depress the poppet and squeeze bottle to purge air for interior
  • Attach a Gas Ball Lock Disconnect connected to a CO2 Tank
  • Set your regulator pressure at 30-40 psi. Do not exceed 40 PSI.
  • Introduce CO2 into the bottle
  • Remove the Ball Lock Disconnect from the Carbonator cap

If the CO2 level is not adequate in the beverage, reattach the Gas Disconnect and continue to add CO2 and repeat shaking procedure. When the CO2 stays in suspension and carbonation is complete, begin enjoying the freshly carbonated beverage.
